Virtual Console Wishlist by Game Informer

Sure I don’t have a Wii myself, but my friends do! And in due time I too will get one, after my year limit is reached and I feel like there is enough software to make the purchase worth it (Okay so I really just don’t have the money). Well there is still one thing that I can do, look at what is to come and dream of things that I want on the Wii. Game Informer has a wishlist of VC games that they want, and if anything it brings back some good memories of great games from days gone by. A few notable ones from the list: Chrono Trigger, Lost Vikings, Secret of Evermore, Pilot Wings 64, RC Pro Am, STAR FOX, Super Mario All-Stars, Tecmo Super Bowl, Uniracers and Zombies Ate My Neighbors. This was just a quick screening of games on the list. Read it and then hit back here for some discussions.

These are just some of the games I would want that they mention: Baseball Stars, Desert Strike, RC Pro-Am, Mario All-Stars, Wave Race, but there are also the classics like Goldeneye and such are all games I want to see on the VC.
People are saying, oh well you can get them all for “free” via roms and such why spend money to buy them. What they don’t seem to get is playing them on the PC via an emulator and playing them on a TV, with a similar controller, with the same feel for the game is totally different. I don’t get the same feelings or memories from a game with it’s a rom that I do from seeing it on my TV and playing it like it was. That’s me at least.
